Eat at least 2 servings of vegetables - It reduces the RISK of having Cancer!!!     Colourful food, brighten up your days. Isn't it? :) 2. Consume at least least 2 servings of fruits that are rich in vitamin C and dietary fibre.     It helps with a smooth digestive system and say goodbye to CONSTIPATION ~~~ 3. Cut down on Unhealthy snacks. Though sometimes we can't resist to it! 4.Be a picky eater - not on veggies but fats :P 5. If you want to live WELL, live LONGER and have a GOOD body shape, you must exercise :D 6. Maintain your personal hygiene. Stay away from VIRUS! 7. Improve sleep quality. Have at least 8 to 9 hours of sleep. ^(..)^ 8. Think positively. A healthy mind provides a healthy thinking! 9. Go for a vacation! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee SO ARE YOU READY ???????? :D
