3. Cut down on Unhealthy snacks. Though sometimes we can't resist to it!



4.Be a picky eater - not on veggies but fats :P

5. If you want to live WELL, live LONGER and have a GOOD body shape, you must exercise :D

6. Maintain your personal hygiene. Stay away from VIRUS!

7. Improve sleep quality. Have at least 8 to 9 hours of sleep. ^(..)^
